On the start page, you get a quick overview over the latest news, updates and your daily XPOS sales. Here you also find the headlines with news and inspiration that you don’t want to miss!

XPOS dashboard(POS System)
The XPOS sales dashboard gives you a quick overview over the daily sales and current stock value in your store. The dashboard is mobile phone friendly to help you get insights and enables you to follow store sales when on the go!

Search
The search function helps you to find relevant information quick and easy. It covers everything on the site and the filter helps you find what you are looking for.

Latest updates
Latest updates show you all the latest News, community posts and files from all topics. Updates are marked with NEW and/or Unread depending on whether you have read it or not.

Topics
Under Topics you will find the latest news, files and community posts. Just click on the topic you want to engage in. The topics are divided into three parts: news & updates, community and files. Read the news and write comments when you want to discuss or ask about something. In community, you can start your own discussions as well as comment on others.

Resources
Under Resources you will find usable links to internal and external information and tools. Included are suppliers’ contacts, membership information, newsletter tools, printshops and more.

Dates & tasks give you an overview over important upcoming events, dates and tasks.

Member catalogue
In the member catalogue, you can easily find other Golfstore members, whom you might want to add as friends and send instant messages to. Visit their profile page for contact information.

Store catalogue
The store catalogue gives you contact information to all Golfstore stores and the store staff, including a map.

Support
On the support page, you can find FAQs, operational status info, support ticket forms and contact information.

Profile page
On the profile page, you will find the members’ latest posts, information about them and a photo album. You can easily edit your own personal profile page.

Connect friends
Build your personal network within the Golfstore community and stay in touch between meetings and trade shows. Use your personal network for one-on-one discussions, get advice and much more.

Instant messages
Use the IM function to communicate privately with friends, staff and colleagues.

Notification
With your notifications, you will never miss out when someone accepts your friend request, likes or comments on your post.

Manage staff
To get most out of GS Business, the staff and managers should have their own personal account. You can easily ad and invite staff members. Just fill in the form and select store and GS Business will send an invitation mail to your new staff member. The system will send you a monthly overview over active staff members. Here you will be able to remove former staff members from access to Golfstore business.
